We follow documented processes and procedures that commence from request for proposal until final delivery. Standard project methodology and tools are used to monitor projects closely. All projects are managed with the help of detailed Project Management Plan that includes a technical plan and schedule prepared and maintained using that includes a technical plan and schedule prepared and maintained using the project manager’s Workbench and a Configuration Management Plan.

Quality Control reviews are used to monitor the progress of the configuration items to the next stage of the development. The tracking of configuration items is done with the help of configuration item database setup for the project. Quality Assurance (QA) Audits are carried out on projects on a periodic basis at a corporate level.

Quality Reviews are conducted at every milestone. These reviews attempt to refine the development process. The reviews cover:

Realignment of plans as per customer needs
Technical reviews
Review of communication procedures
